Perfect Location, Great Service, Memorable Stay

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an excellent decision. The proximity to the city's attractions was perfect. The hotel staff was eager to help us with everything we needed. The room was spacious, neat, and very comfortable. The best part was the breakfast, which included typical local dishes and fresh fruit, all delicious.

The entrance to the hotel was not very welcoming. The path to the hotel was slippery and not well-maintained. The surroundings outside the hotel were not very clean. Additionally, it would have been nice if they provided us with some extra towels as we had to keep asking for it. Despite that, we had a beautiful and memorable stay here.

Located in a convenient part of the city, with nearby shopping malls and easy access to tourist destinations, this hotel offers spacious and well-equipped rooms with modern amenities such as TVs and comfortable beds. the bathrooms are neat and tidy, furnished with all necessary toiletries, and breakfast is both delicious and varied. the hotel’s facilities such as the restaurant and lobby area are comfortable and provide a nice ambiance.

The road leading up to the hotel needs improvement in terms of maintenance.

Another one of the best aspects of this hotel is its location, making it perfect for hanging out at nearby shopping malls and providing a strategic location between the airport and major tourist destinations. a great experience!

Not one thing to complain about with my stay!

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at a hotel in Siliguri! the facilities were top-notch, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. But what we loved most were the hotel's location - situated perfectly between the airport and the tourist destinations, making it easy for us to explore the attractions we wanted to visit. Plus, the hotel was within walking distance of great shopping malls!

The cleanliness of the area surrounding the hotel could have been better. the road leading to the hotel could use some improvement.

The hotel's hospitality and facilities are appreciable. Its location within the city is perfect for shopping and accessing tourist destinations. The suite had good furniture and awesome lighting. The rooms were well-maintained, clean and had nice beds with clean linen. The bathrooms were decent.
